Product Images You Send on WhatsApp: Make One That Needs No Follow-Up

Four things on one image: name, price, availability, how to get it. One item per image, and never "DM for details". Each missing line is another round-trip, and each round-trip is another chance to walk away.

Product Images You Send on WhatsApp: Make One That Needs No Follow-Up

Short answer

One image needs four things: what it is, what it costs, whether it is available, and how to get it. Leave one out and the customer has to ask — and every extra message is another chance to change their mind.

Who this is for

In Singapore and Malaysia, much of the business happens inside WhatsApp. Useful for any shop where customers ask "how much is this one".

Steps

1. One item per image. Put five on one and they will ask about the third. 2. Write the full name, not "signature item" — they are going to forward this to someone else. 3. State whether the price includes tax and delivery. In Singapore and Malaysia this is the most common argument. 4. Add a stock line: in stock, a few days' wait, or made to order. This one saves the most back-and-forth. 5. End with how to get it: collect, pick up, or delivered. "DM for details" wastes the whole image.

Example output

The same item used to go out as a bare photo, and drew three questions in a row: price, availability, delivery. With the four lines on the image, the first reply became "put one aside for me". Nothing about the product changed — three round-trips disappeared.

What ThinkNova does

ThinkNova turns reviewed store facts into posters, 15-second video directions, and multilingual FAQ cards. The owner verifies prices, policies, and language accuracy; no sales results are promised.

FAQ

Prices change — do I remake the image daily?

For volatile items write "today's price, confirmed in store"; for fixed ones state the number. Do not dodge both.

What if I need to send several items?

One per image, sent in sequence. Easier to read, and easier for them to forward just one.

Should I include the shop name and phone?

Name yes; phone depends. They are already chatting with you — the space is better spent on how to collect.

Do I need both languages?

Depends on your customers. If both are common, make two versions — do not crowd one image with two languages.
