What the assistant can do

  1. Check your balance: available credits, credits on hold, today's MCP usage and how many tasks can run at once.
  1. Read and save content rules: characters, style, things to avoid, platforms, posting frequency, time zone and how you review results.
  1. Add reference photos: upload JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB, or import a public HTTPS image link.
  1. Generate: make an image, edit an image, make a video, or turn a photo into a video.
  1. Follow the task: wait a few seconds for an update, or check its status until it finishes.
  1. Get the result: a ThinkNova-hosted file with a temporary download link. Save it when it arrives.

What is not in MCP

Long-video stitching, captions, voice-over, rendering, editing parts of a video and posting to social platforms are outside ThinkNova MCP. The assistant hands you the finished file; you decide where it goes.

How charging is handled

Generation uses the same credits as the website. Credits are held when a task starts, charged when it succeeds, and returned if it fails or is cancelled. If the assistant retries the same request, it reuses the same request ID, so the task is not created or charged twice. Reading or saving content rules does not use credits.

Common questions

Is this the same as the ThinkNova website?

Yes. MCP uses the same account, the same credits and the same default video and image settings as the website. It is another way to ask for the same results.

Can I use my own product photos?

Yes. Upload them through the assistant, or give it a public image link. Internal addresses and links with passwords in them are blocked.

Does the assistant see my password?

No. You sign in on ThinkNova's own page in the browser and approve access. The assistant only gets permission to use the ThinkNova tools.
