Terms of Service
ThinkNova Terms of Service
These terms explain eligibility, account responsibility, acceptable use, subscriptions and billing, content rights, service limitations, and dispute handling when using ThinkNova.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to use the service and provide accurate, current registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may not submit, generate, distribute, or assist unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, exploitative, malware-related, security-bypassing, or rights-violating content or activity.
3. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Plans, credits, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are governed by order records, payment callbacks, credit ledgers, and billing status. Unless required by law or explicit policy, consumed credits or completed services are generally not refundable.
4. Generated content and intellectual property
You retain rights to your own inputs. You must ensure that inputs, reference materials, and use of outputs do not infringe third-party rights. The platform and model providers may retain processing rights needed to operate the service.
5. AI outputs and disclaimers
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review outputs yourself and should not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other high-risk professional decisions.
6. Service changes and availability
We may adjust features, prices, quota, models, APIs, or regions for model supply, cost, compliance, security, maintenance, or business reasons. We try to reduce impact but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkNova is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services beyond legally required responsibility.
8. Suspension and termination
If you violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, fail to pay, or trigger compliance requirements, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, tasks, assets, or related functions.
9. Governing law and disputes
Because this repository does not confirm a specific jurisdiction, this section is reserved. Before formal operation, the operator or legal counsel should add governing law, venue, arbitration, or litigation terms.
10. Contact and updates
These terms may change for product, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be reflected on this page or notified appropriately. Contact information is available through the Help Center and order/invoice records.
