ThinkNova Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-06. What we collect, what we do with your uploads, where they are stored and for how long, and how to opt out.
Who is responsible
JIMENG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202451052R), Singapore, is the data controller for personal data processed through ThinkNova. Contact: freyhuang@jasariellive.com.
What we collect
Account data (email, sign-in records); the materials you upload (photos, videos, logos, text) and the outputs generated from them; task and billing records; device and log data needed to run and secure the service; support messages.
What we do with your uploads
Your uploads are used only to generate the content you ask for and to show it back to you in your workspace. To generate, the relevant inputs are sent to the third-party AI providers listed under Powered by, under their business terms. ThinkNova does not use your uploads or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models, and does not let providers do so under our contracts. Your uploads are never shown to other users; ThinkNova's public example library contains only content ThinkNova created itself.
Where and how long
Uploads and generated files are stored on our cloud storage and kept for 7 days; download what you need within that time. You can delete any item earlier from your workspace. Billing records are kept as long as Singapore law requires.
Sharing
We share data only with: the AI providers named above (to generate); our payment provider (to bill); infrastructure providers (to store and deliver); and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights and opt-out
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your workspace, or by emailing freyhuang@jasariellive.com; we reply within 30 days. If you do not want a specific photo processed, do not upload it; you can delete any upload at any time and it will no longer be used for new generations.
Security
Files are transferred over HTTPS, download links expire, and access is limited to your account. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.
Children and changes
ThinkNova is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We may update this policy; material changes are announced on this page.
