ThinkNova Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-06. These terms cover ownership of your materials and generated content, infringement responsibility, AI review, credits and refunds, and termination.
Operator and acceptance
ThinkNova is operated by JIMENG NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202451052R). By registering or using ThinkNova you enter into this agreement with this company. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
Your materials and your warranties
You keep ownership of everything you upload (photos, videos, logos, text). You warrant that you own or have permission to use every uploaded item, including the right to use any person's likeness, any logo or brand mark, and any third-party design that appears in it. ThinkNova generates content only from what you upload plus ThinkNova's own example library; it does not collect or copy images from other businesses, maps, or competitor websites on your behalf.
Ownership of generated content
Subject to payment, the posters and videos ThinkNova produces for you are yours to use for any lawful commercial purpose: advertising, social media, in-store screens, websites and print. ThinkNova claims no ownership of your outputs. Because outputs are produced by AI models from your inputs, ThinkNova does not warrant that any output is unique, free of third-party rights, or fit for a specific purpose; you review every output before publishing it.
Third-party infringement
You are responsible for the materials you upload and for the outputs you publish. If a third party claims that your upload or your published output infringes their trademark, copyright, trade dress or personality rights, you will handle and bear that claim. ThinkNova may remove content and suspend generation on receipt of a credible complaint and will notify you. ThinkNova does not indemnify users for third-party claims arising from user materials or published outputs.
AI generation and review
Content is generated by third-party AI models (listed under Powered by) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. ThinkNova reviews content on complaint and may reject or remove content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes others' rights; it does not pre-approve every output. You decide what to publish.
Acceptable use
You may not upload or generate content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or that impersonates another business or person. Violations may lead to removal of content, suspension or termination of the account.
Credits, billing and refunds
Generation is paid in credits. Credits are consumed when a task starts and are not returned for outputs you dislike; a task that fails on ThinkNova's side is not charged or is refunded in credits. Unused credits do not expire and stay in your account. Prices and credit costs are shown before you confirm each task.
Suspension, termination and your data
ThinkNova may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. If ThinkNova discontinues the service, it will give at least 30 days' notice and keep your assets downloadable during that period. You can delete your uploads and outputs at any time from your workspace; uploads and generated files are kept for 7 days, so download what you need within that time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, ThinkNova's total liability for any claim in a year is limited to the amount you paid ThinkNova in the 12 months before the claim. ThinkNova is not liable for lost profits, lost data caused by your own deletion, or indirect losses.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore; disputes go to the courts of Singapore. Questions: freyhuang@jasariellive.com. ThinkNova may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
